Losing weight is one of the most common goals women have… But if you’ve tried to drop pounds in the past, then you know how difficult it can be! I’m going to be honest with you: it takes real effort to turn yourself into a fat-burning machine. However, the more you exercise and work out, the easier everything will become. The beginning really is the hardest part!

It all comes back to the way that the human body stores fat. You see, your body doesn’t actually want to lose too much weight, because it thinks that having these reserves of energy is a good thing. It won’t even start to get rid of fats until your exercises take you past a certain point – until then, you might build some muscle, but you won’t really be making a change in your life. This is where a lot of women trip themselves up – they simply don’t exercise long enough to get real results.

I believe that there are four components of Effective Weight Loss for Women – and yes, you do need all of them. These components are:

NUTRITION: Eating right is the foundation of any exercise program. The nutrients you feed your body will enable you to exercise longer and harder than ever before. It’s true – you are what you eat, so if you plan to have a healthy body, then you need to start with a healthy diet. I won’t say that you can freely eat whatever you want, but if your diet is healthy enough, the occasional treat is actually acceptable.

FITNESS: This is the core of losing weight. When you get fit, you’ll be able to shed fat faster and faster, because you’ll be spending more energy to support your muscles. It’s important to change your exercise routine on a regular basis – the shock of facing different challenges will result in growth throughout your body, not just in parts, and that will help with your complete transformation.

MINDSET: If you truly want to lose weight, you have to make a serious commitment and dedicate yourself to doing things correctly. The moment you give up and stop taking it seriously is the moment that you fail, because you’ll fall further and further behind your goals. There are no excuses – but if you keep the right mindset, then you will be a winner.

SKILL SET: The last component of effective weight loss is your skill set. Working out is one thing – but you have to work out correctly to see the full benefits of each program. Every type of exercise has a specific goal that you should be trying to match, and I’m delighted to be able to help with this by teaching you what you truly need to know.

Again, you need to have all four of these if you really want to lose weight. It takes drive and motivation to break through your limits and become a fat-burning machine, but once you overcome the blocks that are holding you back, you’ll never need to face it again. Forget all the stories and miracle pills – if you honestly want to lose weight, then having the nutrition, fitness, mindset, and skill set is what you really need.
