Whether you’re looking for textiles that move, breath, compress, cushion, or pull moisture away from your body, just for example, there are garments designed to meet your every need when engaging in physical fitness activities. You simply have to find the right fabric.
  2. Sizing. Finding exercise apparel that “fits” is bound to be a bit easier in some ways than trying on regular clothing simply because most fitness garments are designed to move and are therefore extremely flexible and forgiving. The only problem is that too much give can leave you fussing with your clothing throughout a workout routine as it stretches and sags. And winter weather will obviously call for garments heavy enough to cut the outdoor chill while still wicking away the moisture that could cause you to become even colder.
