Entry Formalities

Vehicles

Tourists from Mercosur countries (Uruguay – Brazil – Paraguay) entering by car must submit the following documentation:

Book property and / or vehicle title.

Driver’s license.

Liability Insurance in force (Green Card).

Number plates and registration in the country of origin.

In the event that the driver does not own the vehicle, you must submit a power of attorney notarized.

The current national document is sufficient to establish residency in the state of registration of the vehicle.

Those tourists who come from countries other than the above must present valid passport documentation and complete an affidavit certifying the personal details of the vehicle and the accessories list owner or authorized driver. This declaration enables the movement within the national territory and to leave it.

Customs

To enter Argentina are free from payment of customs duties personal items such as toiletries, electrical, clothing, photo notebooks, typewriters, calculators and specific objects for professional practice.
