The human brain is kind Operating System of the whole body, it tells you what to do and what not to do. Our nose, ears, eyes are all connected to raise feeling and get attracted to something which is almost unwanted to do. Well, come to the point our brain is memory storage of the body which is responsible for our every action, reactions and other functions.

Are you failing in controlling your diet and eating unhealthy food regularly? If this is true, then you are completely depending on your brain decisions. What is the best solution to overcome stress about your diet and keep yourself healthy? The only thing is training your brain to do right things. Wouldn’t this be amazing if we train our brain mainly at our food choices!

According Jean Mayer US Department of Agriculture, Human Nutrition Research Center (USDA HNRCA) a research stated that you can actually control and train your brain with to choose low calorie foods instead of going for high calorie foods which causes health problems like gaining over weight and many other problems.

Earlier Scientists believed that unhealthy food addiction is hard to reverse, this causes problems lifetime. But the scientist latest research shows that it may be possible to train our brain to only go for the right food.

Senior and co-corresponding author Susan B Robertssaid we are not habit of eating unhealthy food since the beginning of our life, it only happens over time response with eating regularly. What Susan B Roberts means that we trained to pick foods and similarly we can train to avoid them!

To get these perfect results scientists examined and conducted experiments on 13 overweight and obese men and women. Among 13 people, 8 of them were enrolled under a weight loss program which was held by Tufts University researchers and they were in the control group. 6 months earlier before experiment on the 13 people magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) brain scans was conducted, and the changes were later detailed to show the results.

People who participated in the weight loss program, the earlier brain scans shown some amazing changes in areas of brain reward center associated learning and addiction. At the end of the experiment the people who started choosing lower- calorie food instead of going for high calories. The researchers already published the entire study and soon this would help many people to control and train their brain for some good purpose.
